Over the course of his career, Tommy has worked across SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, and B2B technology, developing a reputation for translating complex technical tools into solutions that business leaders can actually use. Prior to launching Welkom Consulting, Tommy held leadership roles in partnerships and business development at companies including ToneDen (acquired by Eventbrite) and Eventbrite, where he helped drive strategic growth and partnerships during key expansion years.
In addition to his consulting work, Tommy currently serves as a Sales Representative at Stryker, a global medical technology company. In this role he has doubled the revenue of his territory within three years and earned multiple company recognitions, including Regional MVP, Sales Representative Runner-Up, and Master Achiever for Stryker’s ENT shaver platform, awarded for generating the highest revenue growth in the product category nationally.
